About 13 jobs a year you’re not getting. At $95,000 each.

How we got this

No magic. Just math.

Four steps, worked backward from the jobs you want. Check it on a napkin.

  1. You want 24 jobs a year. That’s 2 a month.

    24 ÷ 12 = 2

  2. You sign 15% of real buyers. So you need to meet 14 a month.

    2 ÷ 0.15 ≈ 14

  3. Only 1 in 3 leads is a real buyer. So you need 42 leads.

    14 ÷ 0.33 ≈ 42

  4. You get 19 now. The rest is the gap.

    42 − 19 = 23

Revenue at stake: 23 missing leads ≈ 1.1 signed jobs a month ≈ 13 a year × $95,000 ≈ $1.2M. Rounded down to keep it honest.
